How to Install and add my wifes email onto her phone with my account

How do I install Avira onto my wifes phone and include her email on it. 

When I installed it to her phone (iphone 8) it came up with my account details only & threats or security breaches my phone has detected. So it is basically just copied my account and sent that to her phone, which is pointless because I want her phone covered too.  

Can I add her email and phone details so Avira scans her phone, not sent the scanned results of my phone to her phone?

  Hello Trevor,

  Unfortunately, you did not specify which version is installed on your device. Is your licence activated in an Avira customer account?
  Did you install the software on your wife's mobile phone via your customer account?
  Did you send the licence from your Avira customer account to your wife's mobile phone via email or QR code, as described under Add devices in the instructions?

  Below you will find instructions for installing the Prime version:

  With these instructions, the licence should work on another device.
