uninstalling avira 2018

I have read and followed all the steps to uninstall- I still have 2018 version on the system,

and tried to re-install a new version of 2020 figuring it would un-install the 2018 version.  No help.

 

I want to install windows 10 and it will not get past set up due to the 2018 version still there any suggestions.  I did the registry keys, searched entire system after the uninstall and it claims its not there - but windows says it is.
