    You have already had several contacts with the Avira support team, again today - this concern with the subscription.

    We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data may neither be questioned nor processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR.
    Questions about licences and personal data can only be dealt with by the support team. Your customer account with your licences is located there, we have no access to it here.
    You have already created a ticket there, so we would like to ask you to continue your request with the licence there, unfortunately this is not possible here in the community. Thank you for your understanding.

    I would like my automatic renewal discontinued. I’m Edward Kurek and thought I was deleting an email but instead I got registered with you!
