Can you override VPN with another VPN serrvice

Dear Community,  I subscibe to a VPN service  often login to a European VPN from the U.S.  Can I override the Avira VPN or is it possible to designate the country for the VPN with Avira?

  Well, you can set a default virtual location within Avira Phantom VPN. Sadly, you haven't provided any further details of your used operating system.
