    Please log in  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home   to your Avira customer account with your access data.

    Your licence should be displayed under

    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
    There you should see the green bottom Install.

    If not, please contact the sender of the invoice to ask about the missing installation information. Did you buy the licence in the Avira online shop?
    We do not have any documents on your customer account here, they are with the support team.
