I have a subscription but i had to change my email how can i contact you?

  Even if you no longer have access to the actual e-mail account, you can still log in with the e-mail address and your chosen password at
  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home  and configure your subscription.
  These are your deposited access data, no e-mail will be written with them.
  If it does not work, please let us know.
