Prime trial partially recognized

Hello,

I got an email with a quiz with a Avira prime trial as a gift. I took the quiz and took the activation code. The website shows the licence but the desktop apps are a bit confused. How to fix it?

  Well, these submitted screens seem that you're not logged in with the email address that you've used to receive your free one-month Avira Prime trial license. So please make sure that you use this one to unlock your free version.

  I'm singed in with the same account. But two days after the original post the issue was fixed by itself.
