New subscription
BeantwortetI just created a new subscription and paid for the free trial, i can't use the app in my ipad, it's not working and i can't remove the subscription from the settings, no phone number or email contact to talk with customer support. it's very frustrating and i'm worried they will take the full year from my credit card after the week expire

Unfortunately, you did not specify where you purchased which license.
If you purchased it in the Avira online-shop, then it was immediately activated to the email address used when you placed your order.Log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home with the email address that was used for the order.
At https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans the purchased license will be displayed.
From there you can reach the support team.Here the community is a public forum, personal data may be neither questioned nor processed here according to Data protection GDPR. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your Avira account.
