How to get rid of this PopUp from Avira?

Hello,

I am looking for a reason that the popup below is blocking me from working. It cannot be removed or moved or minimized.

Any idea why this is now on my scrren? It started some days ago. After a reboot or LogOut is come up after some time.

No idea what about and what for.
