    Could you please be so kind as to describe your problem in more detail? Without a more detailed description, we cannot understand how Avira deletes emailed proofs of payment.

    • Which operating system is installed, current with all updates?
    • Which Avira version, Free or Pro?
    • Please describe exactly the deletion process.
    • What have you done to correct the error so far, exact description?
