Hi Mary,

I've found out what "I" was doing wrong...

It was all down to Firefox, the web browser.

When I log into Avira, Firefox asks to associate a link with an application on the system.

I always bypassed this. But it seems that it is important for the system to be recognised.

At this point I should have selected the button 'Choose' and selected the application 'Avira Security' in Applications.

After following this procedure all systems were licensed.
