AbgeschlossenHello, I am currently living in Cuba and I have tested the free version of your product and I would like to make a prime subscription. However when I try to activate the subscription I get an access denied message from cloudflare. Thus I would like to know if it is possible to use your services from Cuba and if the IP range / geographical region is not blocked from your services.

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the purchase process. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we cannot offer a solution for this.
Our payment service provider cannot complete a purchase process due to a trade embargo from Cuba.
Of course, we are willing to protect all customers in their digital life, but we also have to follow international regulations. Therefore we offer a free version, which you are already using. We will continue to offer this free of charge and develop it further.
The only current option would be to "leave" Cuba for the purchase process. However, this is hardly possible at the moment due to the pandemic.
