‘your product no longer accepts manual key file installation. Go to my.avira.com to manage your license,'
How do I do this so I can open the attachment

It might help if you log in again to the Avira customer account with your access data, i.e. the email address with which you purchased the licence and the password you chose. Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase.

The file is private_key.key. How can i open it? so It can be installed. or how do i temporarily disable avira so I can install it?

Right-click on the Avira icon in the taskbar:
⇒ Activate real-time protection.
⇒ Remove the tick in the boxDon't forget to activate it again afterwards.
