Mobile Phone blocked , with anti-thelft. what todo?

Good afternoon !!! , I installed the antivirus on my mobile phone as well, and enabled the anti-theft. Now I have my calls blocked. I would like you to help me correct this problem.

  Well, please uninstall Avira and reinstall it afterwards to reset this behaviour.
