Right-click scan option disappeared and cant right click avira mini icon

i cant enable and scan with avira.. because Right-click scan option disappeared and cant right click avira mini icon. windows 10 64.. already cleaner registry.. reinstal.. repair.. still doesn't work..
Plis help.. 4 days already I still cant found solution...

  so first i got eror Avcenter"Unable to load feature control file"
  -  cant uninstal it
  - so I run avira register cleaner in safe mode... uninstalled and reinstal again., still doesn't work..
  - Repair still doesn't work
