Avira not working
BeantwortetHi there...I'm running Catalina 10.15.7. I noticed that the app has not updated for three months, and now it's not working at all. After restarting my iMAC, I see the closed umbrella icon at the top of my screen, and there's a red dot next to it. The only option it gives me is to "Set Up Avira Security", but then nothing I click on reponds. Please let me know if I need to delete and download again.

You have not indicated whether the installation of the app has worked so far.
If there have already been problems with the virus protection for 3 months, the installation should be reconsidered.
Consider a clean uninstallation of the old installation and then reinstall the current version.
This should bring you up to date and should work correctly.

Hello! Avira has been working fine for years, it just won't update properly anymore. Yesterday was the first time it didn't run properly. Thanks

Reinstillation and signing in solved my problem.

Avira stopped working a while back. will not load up. Said there was a problem and you where working on it and would get back to me, a month ago. Will you help me or give me my money back. Larry
