Have you ever tried to see if your license is displayed athttps://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans?
Only then you have ordered a license, first for free and after a certain time automatically as a subscription. You have contacted the support. From there, your subscription can be checked. Unfortunately, we can not see this, we are a public forum and have no access to your account. If you have any further questions, please contact the support team again in your ticket so that nothing goes wrong. Thank you for your understanding.

I have gone through sheer hell trying to cancel my free trial account.
I have never had such difficulty in my long life.
I have followed all the instructions given in the numerous pages dealing with the Avira password manager and nothing has come to fruition.
Will you kindly assist.
I have not been able to get passed ''Mark'' so I have no choice but to solicit your assistance.
Please help

Hello Marc,
Your information is not understandable for us. Just as in the contributions above your post, the problem is the wrong login, i.e. you have not logged in with the email address of the order.
You have 3 email addresses in your Avira account. Log in to your Avira customer account with the email address for the order of the test version. If your order is not displayed there afterwards, your access data is not correct.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, chat support and (partly) telephone.
The digital assistant will inform you about your incorrect access data:
"I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level."
"If you have an account, please log in for premium support services."At the bottom of this page, you will find instructions on how to cancel your licence:
