    Hello Avira. I managed to overcome my fears, so I bought and installed Avira Prime. Here is a copy of the invoice

    Still some functions do not work. It requires the Avira Pro. To the best of my memory, I bought Avira Pro about 2 years ago but was afraid to install it, as it required turning off the current Avira. 
    Can you confirm this purchase

    so how do you plan to help me get your product that I paid for working? You elaborate all the reasons that you cannot help, but not even one single positive advice. Please send me the installation instructions! The tab "install" shows no instructions. I did install - but most of the Prime product does not work!
