Accidentally charged twice

yesterday I was trying to upgrade my avira system speedup to system speedup PRO, and even though I went through the billing information and all the required steps (or so I thought), also going through the installation process, when I tried to use the newly acquired options, it turned out that I did not acquire them. I only today realized that some info was missing in my initial order, but the e-mail notifying me of it went to my junk inbox, and so I was charged for the Speedup pro without actually getting it. When I realized it, I went through the revised process today and now I got the PRO version, but was, naturally, charged again. Is there a way for me to get a refund for one of these, since it was an honest mistake, and I payed twice for the same product? You will undoubtedly be able to confirm this in your billing records. I have since cancelled one of these two subscriptions.

Dear Avira team,
The same happened to me because I saw my bank account today. As I have troubles working out all the info on your web I prefer to speak to you over phone (or by mail but find it even difficult to find your email).
Could you please tell me what I should do so I can at least cancel one subscription?

I have a $103.95 charge to my account from Avira on
on the 19th of September, 2021. But five days ago I purchased the same product for $80.95, the transaction number:
Please refund me the $103.95 as quickly as possible, as I am working on a budget during lockdown. Thank you.
