Teredo settings and Phantom VPN Pro

Avira Phantom VPN installs a client called TAP-Windows Adapter V9 or something similar and completely messes up with my teredo settings. I need my NAT type Open and server connectivity connected at xbox networking in order to play MSFS 2020 and receive all the photogrammetric data that needs to be download at every flight. Without properly functioning teredo I get nothing but blurry textures on the ground.
