Issues installing Antivirus Pro (5 clients) on Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation
AbgeschlossenHi, I'm having troubles installing Avira Antivirus Pro on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation.
The previously installed Avira Antivirus was uninstalled and, when trying to install the new one, the installer usually ends with an installation error.
Nevertheless, the product appears correctly installed but it states the license is out.
The installer used was downloaded accessing our account and it worked perfectly on the other PCs
We have a 5 PC 1 year license and I've tried to install in different ways, running the installer with administrator's rights, cleaning up the registry using the utility Avira Registry Clean, even starting the server's OS in Safe Mode.
I've cleaned the folder and, manually, searched the registry.
Last, I've tried to download the trial version and used that installer but with the same result.
All Windows Updates were applied
Any idea? May I post the installer logs?
Thank you for help

Thank You for your fast reply.
I was not aware the installer log may contain personal or sensible data (Very strange IMHO) but I didn't share it directly.
Meanwhile I've submited a request to the support team and waiting for replies
Thank You again

Hello Mario,
We are sorry for the not correctly understandable information.
If you have questions about the licence, personal data may be questioned, so please answer them in accordance with the GDPR by e-mail.To your question, please exchange your protocols of the installer with the support team.
These protocols can be posted here, but further processing would probably also go through the support team, as the details of the installation are again questioned with the licence.
Regrettably, it was incompletely expressed here as contacting support was already assumed in my mind.I am sorry that it has come with my indication to an increased workload.
Many greetings
