Avira is slowing my computer down

Hello I have been using Avira antivirus free for a long time and I have had this problem since I started noticing. I always keep Task Manager open and never close it so if I notice slow down of my laptop I will monitor. Most of the times it would be windows update or Avira's OnDemand Scanner Process or Host Framework Service. I can't end both of those Avira processes and they eat my cpu and disk. Every time I launch any app(after a long time), it scans it(or that's what I think it does) and makes the startup of the app very slow. When I reset my Laptop a few months back, I didn't install Avira for a day and app launch was very fast that day. Ever since I installed Avira it became so slow. Please give a option to not scan every damn app that I launch.

  Sadly, you haven't provided any detailed information about your used operating system as well as your used applications. So please provide as much information as possible to figure out what's wrong.

  I am using Windows 10 21H1 64-bit, on a dell inspiron 7460, do you need any more info? And did you even read the whole thing, I mentioned windows update a lot, only windows 10 is receiving updates these days.
