    • Which OS do you have installed? (exact version, all current updates?)
    • Which Avira version is in use? (Free or paid, which version?)
    • Did the installation ever work?
    • Did you change any settings before?
    • What did you do to fix the error?
    • Have you already done an uninstallation and a reinstallation?
    • Did you get an error message or did you look in the AVSCAN LOGFILES for an error message? Please specify.

    Same problem. Full scan reaches 80 to 90%, take action box appears, quarantine all files and system being repaired sticks at 30%.
