Please put Kosovo in the list of countries to enable me to pay for Avira Product

Dear Avira Staff,

I am Ahmet Mucaj from Pristina, Republic of Kosovo, a country in the Balkan's Region, more precisely a country which was born after the war of 1998-1999 with Serbia in former Yugoslavia.

Kosovo was under international protectorate (UNSCR1244) from 12 July 1999 until 2008  when Kosovo became an independent country in 17 February 2008, In total, 113 UN member states recognized Kosovo, while 22 EU member states already recognized Kosovo as a state. Kosovo has as well internationally recognized telephone country code 00383.

Please put Kosovo in the list of countries to enable me and many other customers from Kosovo to subscribe and pay for Avira products.

I tried today to purchase your product Avira Antivirus Pro but later I got an email with Reference #279780150: Payment not authorized for Avira Antivirus Pro.

In your payment system there is a list of countries but Kosovo is not listed. From the list I clicked in Albania as my neighbor country but due to differences in address in my credit card etc, your  system did not authorize my payment.

Please put Kosovo in the list of countries to enable me and many other customers from Kosovo to subscribe and pay for Avira products.

I remain in hope that Avira Management will review my request and endorse Kosovo in the list of countries.
