After installing Avira Pro on Windows 10, my Windows User Account is unaccessible
AbgeschlossenRunning on Windows 10. I had Avira for a long time. I received an Avira Pro offer and paid for it. I received Email confirmation. I went to the Avira web site and tried to download a PRO version, but only found the free version. Installation did not weem to work, as the Avira red umbrella logo was not there. After a couple of attempts at installation I found that I had received an Email with an Installation button. I clicked on that and tried installing a couple of times. Same result. Avira did not seem to be running.
I still had access to Email and replied to one of the Emails. Finally I thought of restarting the system. When Windows tried to access my User account it had a message like "Preparing your account" and after a couple of minutes gave me an error. Account cannot be accessed.
I can still go in a "temporary" account, but this does not allow to save anything.
I restarted the PC again, with the same result.
(I am using another PC for writing this). How can I recover my user account?

Please log in to your customer account at https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us with the email address you used to purchase the license. This is especially important if you have several e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.If you are logged in with the correct email address, you can view your license at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
under Subscriptions and install it from there.
If your license is not displayed, then you have not entered the correct access data, please have a look at this.Here the community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can neither be questioned nor processed here according to the Data protection GDPR. Questions about your license or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.
