I didn't recieve any email or the product after I made the purchase.
AbgeschlossenI was disabled on my previous post, so I am posting it here AGAIN!
I made a purchase on 18-06-2021 for Avira Prime
Before some questions are asked to me again, let me answer some to make it clear
1. I got reference number through an email from Avira/cleverbridge just a minute after the purchase. That's all, no mail nothing. Even my Avira Account shows 'no active subscription'
2. The email is 100% correct. No mis-spelled.
3. Same email is used for the purchase, address, avira account. Even the paypal account I used for the paymet has the same email. So there is no mistake on that.
4. Purchased through Avira Online Shop.
AND Yes! I understand this is a community forum, it's not possible to help me here since I can't disclose things or any personal data here as per the Data Protection GDPR.
I get that! I was being told twice by a person called "Pascha45" here in the forum on my previous post. He/She said nothing wrong but at the same time did nothing that was helpful to me, asked me some questions to which I answered everything right and obvious. Then told me to contact the support team since it cannot solve here in the community forum.
But where do I even contact?
I looked for ways to contact but I can't find any
Found one huge button saying "contact us here" which clearly doesn't work since it's for paid customers only, and I happen to be not a "paid-cutomer"
Is this a joke? Where am I suppose to share my problems then?
HERE is the last option I have. No?
All I asked for (in my previous post) and still am is to kindly provide me an email or any form of contact of the customer care/support so that I can reach out to them and they can help me out :)
Any support team can email me regarding this issue. I'm pretty sure the authorized individuals can find it
