I am unable to activate my avira product

I have purchased my avira product on Mar 19 2021 and my reference number is 265xxxxxx
till now i couldnt able to activate it.
please do the needful

Unfortunately, you did not specify your Avira Version.
Your license does not need to be activated, it already has been. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Log in to your customer account with the email address you used to order the license: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
The license https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans will be displayed, and you can install it from there.
