Can’t install Avira

I can’t install Avirus security. It says it can’t connect to network where certain files are located.I went thru your instructions multiple times. Help!

You have not provided any information, neither about your OS nor about your Avira version.
Unfortunately, we have no insight into your device, your installations or even your network.
If no connection to the network can be established, then it would make sense to check your settings in your network.

Win 7 is an OS that has not been updated by Microsoft for a long time.
You should think about an up-to-date OS, for your safety, urgently reconsider an up-to-date one.
