Avira Prime bug showing both old style format and new style format July 1st 2021 over each other with two "2"
AbgeschlossenI'm getting a pop-up window asking me to buy what I am already paying for which insinuates I'm using the free version which I'm not as I'm a paid prime subscriber so I'm a bit confused and not trusting wether my antivirus is working properly

The process was agonizingly slow for the uninstall and I resisted being impatient letting the process work through. There were no prompts of note letting me assess the progress of the uninstall (bummer) and the install window was an Avira icon in the taskbar that was separate from the big window showing the download progress which appeared to be stalled as I had to go to downloads and open the file which would not initiate until I discovered the Avira icon in the taskbar that starting the install... working okay now thanks to supporting instructions
