Game Booster Crash

I tried the Game Booster feature for the first (and last) time and encounetered a major issue with it. It seemed that it worked ok until I closed the game I was running. Game Booster crashed and all the settings it had applied were vener restored. I had to manually restore a bunch of windows features it had turned off but I am afraid I may have missed some. Is teher a list of optimizations Game Bosster applies to windows?

Also and more importantly, I lost the abilikty to pick a desktop background picture. It seems to have locked the background to a solid color and I cannot undo it, even after an extensive troubleshooting (I checked and tried everything). Any advise would be great.

  Been almost 3 Weeks but it might help someone else
  My Pc is not in English so i Translate as close as i can
  
  Your Background Pic is deactivated in the "Easier Acces Options">Display, all the way on the Bottom "Show Desktop Background is set to off", enable it and you have your background back.
