Terrible service Help
AbgeschlossenI have used Avira for almost 10 years now and always been very happy
I recently upgraded to a new windows 10 laptop and downloaded my premium service
It is horrible
Constantly slowing my computer down and trying to run 47 different services ( vpn, shadow copy, multiple scans at one time) etc. It does not allow me to end tack on anything or uninstall it.
I have sent at least 5 emails to support that have been no help the only response I ever get is about rating my service or ask if it is been resolved. ( always reply no)
IS there not a US based contact number that I speak with someone and get this resolved. IF Not I would like a refund and just go another route

My request has far from been resolved I have only received a couple of videos that were emailed to me. I have a 10+ year customer and very disappointed I would like to request a refund and just part ways
