Cannot find subscription

I subscribed on 14/7 and installed the 99 euro version (first month free). I however could not find my registration nor did I get a confirmation in my email. My creditcard note however did register the purchase by substracting the 0 euro for the first month. The software however was working fine till 16/7. 16/7 it was no longer opening and that persisted till 19/7. Then i re-registered with the same email address and took the free version again. That is now working but I am still not able to see my purchased product from 14/7. That subscription I would like to stop immediately as the software is not working.
How can I cancel my subscription and how can I get in contact with a helpdesk from Avira?

- Where did you purchase the license? In the Avira Online Shop?
- Which Avira version did you buy?
- Which OS is installed on your computer?
- Which email address did you use to purchase the license?
- Did you log in to the customer account with this email address?
Please log in to the Avira customer account with the email address at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home with which you purchased the license. This is important, only then will your activated license be displayed in your customer account.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.
