Phantom doesn't install

For 2 or 3 years I have been using Phantom VPN for 2-3 times a month. Yesterday I tried to connect, it didn't connect. I rebooted, again nothing, I changed servers, nothing. After I decided to uninstall and installed from a new file. I downloaded the file from the dashboard of My Avira account.

When I opened it, Avira Antivirus Pro (which I have as Antivirus)  window opened. There is no Phantom VPN in it. Before the unistallation Phantom VPN was a separate software with a separate icon. Start menu and search did not find Phantom VPN. How to install Phantom VPN again? Where can I get an installation file of only Phantom VPN? Why did it stop to connect? The problem appeared unexpectedly. I had been satisfied with the product before yesterday. Why in the account I receive Avira Antivirus Pro file instead of the Phantom installation file?

  need specific instructions to install Phantom VPN.  Download OK, Run program OK, Does Not Install.
