I cant update AVIRA en my Win10 laptop

After a sucessful installation of AVIRA and a full scan performed, i Try to update the AVIRA files as was recommend, but this process fails with the message Internet connection failed. It is always the same message . Can any one help? Thank you

Unfortunately, you have not told us which Avira version is installed on your computer.
The error lies in the Internet connection. What have you done to check this error message of your internet connection?Also, important is the information about the Windows version (exact version number with the last current update).
Have Avira updates worked perfectly so far?

Thank you pascha45, the problem has been resolved. I was installing and old version of AVIRA that has had the problem. Buy with the my actual licensed AVIRA Security (Antivitus Pro) the AVIRA files have been updated as needed.
