Crypto pending payout vanishes

I setup Aviro Crypto and had been mining and had a Pending payout that disappeared.

It did not help. The Pending Payout has still not returned to where it was. It only shows "Payout Frequency"

so i been running the crypto miner until it was ready to payout. It has you sign into your coinbase account which leaves the transaction address blank. it sent the money to a green plus sign. do the payouts take a few days to go through? what am I missing here? the only way to send the transaction is to successfully sign in to your coinbase account so I know the problem isnt on my end. I picked matic for my payout just in case there would be a gas fee.
