how to completely uninstall this shitty antivirus

i m unable to uninstall this shitty antivirus fully. i have uninstalled it via windows uninstaller ,still avira ondemand filescanner is running.this shitty antivirus using my 100% of my disk and wasted my whole Sunday plz help.
