    Unfortunately, you have problems ordering the license, we regret that.

    We don't understand your request,  the problems are clearly described,  we don't know your order/payment process. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your bank details.
    Since you are told the following, it is actually understandable that something is wrong with the payment process, that your card is not authorized

    "Sorry, we weren't able to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay."

    Please check your bank account credentials, it's not possible for us to do that. Unfortunately, we do not have the authorization to do so.
