    Please log in to your Avira customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home 

    Important: Please log in to your customer account with the email address that was used to order the license, especially if you have two email addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.

    Select the email address used when ordering to view your license in your customer account at
    https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans.

     

    With the correct registration, you can then also contact the customer service - with a "valid paid Avira".

    Premium customers with an active license, i.e. with correct registration, can contact the support team directly:
