avira prime install on mac os

I download the avira installer from the dashboard. I can open it and then I click avira security.app I let it open but nothing happens. please help,

Its on a relatives mac so I do not know the specs but I think its up to date. The download I got from the dashboard it worked earlier with the download from the link you gave (there seems to be a difference). The big problem is logging in to get prime. The client for mac does not allow logging from a apple-id only email and password. I want it activated. If I look in the dashboard it says it is installed on mac book with prime activated.
