Uninstall Phantom VPN

I want to remove Avira, but when I uninstall it says "cannot uninstall because Phantom VPN" is running. 

How do I remove Phantom VPN? Windows 10. 

 

This is very very annoying and I have checked multiple posts without success

  Unfortunately, you have not given us any information about which Phantom VPN you have installed and with which version you have tried to uninstall it. We need exact information about your VPN installation, e.g.:

  for windows 10 users

  go to the avira vpn installation folder. i found mine at

  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avira\vpn"

  use the "uninstall.exe" program in there

  The same here I just noticed, I do not want it, I did not ask for it, and I think that for any program to be installed without permission is wrong, wrong, and so wrong, the version I do not know.
  There is no entry to uninstall, what is this no entry, you guys have put something I DO NOT want on the computer and I can not remove it. I am disappointed, and my disappointment will be show once my subscription runs out.
