uninstall avira generic laucher

hi,

i want to uninstall avira, i had follwed the procedure on the site, but when i try to install an other antivirus, i had problem because avira generic laucher made conflict with the new software.

how can i unistall this launcher??

  Unfortunately, you did not provide any information about your operating system (current version with current updates) nor about your installed Avira version. We have no access to your customer account from here.

  Did you follow these instructions?
