I've got the same issue every time I try to use System Speedup. Win 10, latest Avira and all fixes applied for security, performance, etc. I've decided to take the time to do it manually this time. Now on 4th reboot and Avira System Speedup does seem so far to be counting these reboots to be valid as the dialogue box counts them down
