AbgeschlossenI formatted my computer to install W10 without stopping my Avira subscription, a renewal amount was taken from me but it is not active on my computer.
Ref invoice 245xxxxxx from 10/27/2020 thank you and new direct debit on october 2021 of € 37.95.

Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Unfortunately, we cannot activate anything in your subscription.
Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order the licence. This is essential, you have 2 e-mail addresses stored in your Avira customer account.
