Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Questions about your licence or payment processing can unfortunately only be handled by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.You write:
I have received a receipt from the bank showing that I have paid Google Play.
Please check your Google account.
So, this can also only be confirmed by Google play, a receipt can be issued for your purchase.
Check your Google account, Avira does not have access to Google accounts.We can check Avira licenses, but only if the license was purchased in the Avira online account. Thank you for your understanding.

I purchased an Avira Pro product in May. Since then I have moved, changed my email address and upgraded my computer. I cannot upload my product although I have a copy of my email and product reference number. Please help.
