    Hello Fred,

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address. Thus, activation code is not required, it is no longer used. Your license is already activated under the e-mail address of your order.

    Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used to order the license. With the e-mail address of your order and the password you have chosen, your license will be displayed under Subscriptions.

    We have removed the reference number for your security.

    If the licence does not show up in your account, check the email address you used to order the licence. There it will be activated directly when you order it.

    Only with the e-mail address used for the order the licence will be displayed in your customer account.

    The community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data may and can neither be questioned nor processed here according to the GDPR. Unfortunately, questions about your license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.

    We cannot check your reference number. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.

    I only received an email with that reference and the info below:

    There will be a slight delay in the delivery of your license key. We are in the process of correcting this technical issue which may include waiting for information from the software publisher. This should be resolved within 1-2 workdays, although it is generally much faster. We will contact you via email as soon as further information is available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Yes, I logged into my account and clicked on the support button in the hope that it will give me an email address that I could write to. But no. It always directs me to the page:https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us?source=connect.

    Now back to the beginning of the thread, could you give me the email address that I could write to?
