    Hello Andy,

    You are writing here at Avira. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    If you purchased your license in the App Store, then it would make sense to take a look at your Apple customer account.
    We do not have access to your Apple account.
    We can only comment on Avira products if they were purchased in the Avira online store, and we only have access to that.

    So you are saying that the direct link from your own App on my iPad asking me to purchase the Pro version does not actually link with Avira?

    That isn’t made clear anywhere - and I can see from many forums customers are all complaining about the same thing.

    I have checked my Apple Customer Account and all it says is that I have purchased subscription to Avira and does not provide an Activation Code.

    I purchased this subscription in good faith by clicking the link in your own App so am unclear as to why I cannot receive what I paid for?

    There is no activation code for the Avira version purchased in the Avira Online Shop.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.

    Have you checked your Apple account or in the App Store for the activation code for your Avira Pro Version? For Avira Security for iOS?

    For anyone having the same issue here is how I solved it:

    1) Log out of Avira app

    2) Log back in but use the Apple ID option

    Sorted :-)
