    Your request is difficult to understand. Every subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
    Please log in to your customer account at Avira with the email address' that was used for the order, and then your activated subscription will be displayed at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support

    and can be installed from there.
