no subscription button in my subscriptions page
AbgeschlossenI can't find the subscription button to disable the automatic license renewal in my subscription page.
I try different browsers (Edge, chrome and firefox) and can't find this button.
I need some help.

In that case, it would make sense to contact the support team. This case has happened before, and I remember that it could be corrected by the support team at that time.
