My Avira account was hacked exactly 3 minutes after my Prime subscription auto-renewed. They have changed the e-mail address and password on my Account - I've e-mailed support but no answer and there is no chat support available. 

The hacker will still have access to my account - can someone contact me urgently?

Avira should be 24/7 support for urgent cases - what are the actual support hours?
