2FA doesn't work

I am a free user. Previoulsy I have tried to buy the licence for my password manager but Avira's system has denied my debit card. The debit card that I purchase many things on Play Store, Skype, Adobe and various international platforms. Avira encourages people to activate 2FA and get their account more secured. I did it, and today I was a serious trouble with the login system. SMS are coming late and when I was trying to get to my account they were almost expired. By chance I am here. I can't get to my pawword account and about 50 minutes I was doing screenshot on my phone from important data that I have uploaded to Avira's system.
